The selection pipeline follows this systematic process:

- Service Agreement Bond: Appointed candidates are required to serve the company for a minimum period of 60 months from the date of joining. Candidates must execute a bond of 3 Lakhs INR (plus GST as applicable at the time of joining). An amount of 5,000 INR per month will be deducted from the employee’s salary as bond money, which will be fully refunded (without interest) upon the successful completion of 60 months of continuous service.
